my husband wants me out of his house. We are still married and he has not filed for divorce. He said he wants me out of his house by Wednesday or I have to pay half the rent. Now he states he will only help if I keep him informed about our unborn child. And expects me to sign a document to that effect. Is this legal. He draws BAH with dep and I am still legally his wife. The Navy states member must pay 1/3 of base and BAH pay to spouses. He is trying to get out of it already.

I have a friend in the Navy who helped a fellow servicemember out with their PCS. The SM said that they would pay my friend back and has yet to do so. Couple of questions. First is it illegal to lend a friend money? Second can the SM be punished under any article for failure to pay back my friend?
